Today, there are roughly 420,000 Hispanics representing over 20 cultural heritages living in and around Philadelphia. The Hispanic population is one of the fastest growing in the Greater Philadelphia region. Between 2000 and 2009 alone, the Hispanic population grew twice as quickly as that of non-Hispanics in the Greater Philadelphia Region. In Philadelphia, there are great restaurants, festivals, businesses and events that highlight the many Hispanic cultures.
The 2018 National Convention of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC), held from September 16-18th, is the largest gathering of Hispanic business leaders in the U.S. PHL Diversity was in attendance for this thrilling convention.
